The training materials consist of a Training Presentation, four Coral Identification files and Flash cards to help identify the corals. The three different versions of the Flash cards show the slides in different sequences. All the files are available in Powerpoint format that incorporates an interactive Question & Answer format with a corresponding PDF format.
Please note – the Flash Card files are large
Users with smartphones and tablets may prefer to look at the content in the corresponding PDF files, but will lose the interactive Question-and-Answer functionality of examining the slides in PowerPoint presentation mode.

Materials needed to conduct an AGRRA coral survey can be found under the Related Links to the right. The method is summarized in the Coral Protocol document [we suggest printing a copy for handy reference]. The Coral Underwater Datasheet and Underwater Codes sheet should be printed on underwater paper [see Protocol document for our suggested source]. Data that will be submitted to AGRRA for possible processing and archival storage should be entered on the Coral Data Entry spreadsheet.
